Hi, my name is Suekay Deniz. I have been working with Omni-Fund, Inc., since 2016.
I have been doing real estate and mortgages since 2005. I absolutely love helping people find their perfect home and assisting them in finding investment properties.
I am passionate about helping people and guiding them to not just the perfect real estate, yet directing them towards the best-way to close their transactions.
My husband and I live in San Fernando Valley and we travel quite frequently. We love traveling to tropical places.

Anastasia Svoboda

I have 30 years of banking & residential lending experience in both, wholesale and retail. I have held positions in operations, compliance, and sales.
I began my wholesale lending experience in 2012 and Omni-Fund, Inc., was one of my first clients and remained a client of mine until I joined the company in 2020, making the switch back to retail. While I was in wholesale lending, I had thousands of clients in every single time zone except, Hawaii. Omni-Fund, Inc., had always remained the most impressive broker company I had the pleasure of doing business with so when it came time for me to change the course of my career, they were my first choice.
Living in Newport Beach, California, I spend my free time enjoying the local hiking trails, and trying to convince my girlfriends to go camping and fishing with me; albeit its much easier to convince them to enjoy my other passion-- Wine!
I received my WSET Level 2 in 2019 and at one time, I used to work for Robert Mondavi Wineries and was trained to be sommelier.

I'm one of the go-to people as I specialize in all loan types. I strive for a streamline process with impeccable communication and transparency to ensure closing in record breaking time! I also want you to be informed and aware of all the latest financing options which is why you'll regularly see me attend the national training sessions. At the end of the day, my goal & passion is creating a simple, seamless experiences that highlight our companies’ offerings.
My husband and I live in Oregon with our two Corgi's. We take them on daily hikes and enjoy the beach at least once a week. We are originally from California, yet wanted a more nature setting than what Southern California has to offer.
